You don’t always know what’s happening underwater when you’re fishing but you can make some assumptions if you’re perceptive to the environment around you.
I spent a ton of time scanning with a small Lowrance Elite unit with downscan. Now that I’ve added the HDS it’s interesting to take a look and compare how they look. Here’s a look at a comparison view of a brushpile that is holding bass as well as bait and how that translates on your Lowrance electronics.
